The problem is, that would be surprisingly easy. Having such a high Gold content means it's actually a very weak metal.

Fit the rim on a very high sidewall off-road tyre. That should help :D

Ah they're gold plated not actual gold, still a pretty penny for that though and they do look good but imagining them on something makes me cringe thinking about it.

yeah if you read the article it says they are gold plated not made of gold

 

wheels made of gold and especially 24 carat would be way too soft ... oh and a 'tad' heavy

not really... there's a picture of it in the link... to me at least, it's tasteless but not ugly. most of that has to do with the type of rim they chose

Those RE30s are nice, but i prefer the original bronze versions though. They're built by Rays though, you could spend your whole life trying to scratch 'em and it won't show :D. That's why TE37s and CE28s are so damn expensive.

Also GT-C's are mad expensive, those are the same ones that are on the 350z in your signature.

Yeah, they're all so expensive, i cba to list them all. Still, i'd much rather save for ages to get real TE37s than have fake ones. I despise the fake ones, but so many nice cars have them on! :(
