In an actually related post, I just received the Canon T2i my dad ordered. I've been experimenting with manual mode, and took some tripod shots of the perfect crescent moon. A very cool piece of machinery, and quick to learn, too. :)

Well that were the best settings you could get, is it possible to lower the aperture even more?

SBCriss I took the photo at 9:17 and 3.5 is the minimum aperture the lens I used goes down to. Great sky shot from you ;)
