It can't be heating your GPU up as javascript runs on the CPU only. Check what other things you have running.

I must admit; I LOVE the snow. I noticed one little problem with it: if you move the scroll bar up and down very quickly; the snow freezes in bizarre patterns. Great job; I didn't even know that falling snow could be possible.

Would like the snow turned off if possible, for me anyway.

 

Don't know what's happened but ever since the first week of it being here I've had to turn Javascript off just to get on here because it crashes FireFox, and even then the forums are missing half of their functions. It worked fine the first week but now it's scrumped.
