Looks like I might be getting a GTX4** when this comes out then.

 

And at least now all of the PC players that were moaning about the consoles holding it back will stop moaning now that they see that a GTX280 is the recommended card.

BTW, they always recommend a high-level card. The 280 was the highest available during most of the "playable" phase of development. :) Personally, I go by the low-spec system to see if a game's over-the-top - of course, with most modern games, you can run them on lower spec, so I guess that's not too informative either. For me and those with systems like mine, of course.

 

HDD space is... food for thought. :)

Well 2.7 GHz is over 2.2 GHz.

I can't remember the last time I saw recommended specs like that. To think that only 2 graphics cards ago I was using an 8800 GTS 320mb and now it's classed as minimum.

 

Hopefully they make the new trailers on a PC that lives up to the recommended specs - should look saweeeet ;)

Just need to bump up my vid card in order to meet recommended. Thought my GTX260 was BA, guess it's time to change that. Gonna have to wait til after I buy a real car though. Thankfully I have a little bit of time before I need to worry about it though.

Well my PC does surpass the Recommended specs.. but still a GTX280/HD4870 as recommended?

 

Seems the game will be pretty heavy on max details :oook:
