Perhaps a silly question but can you use a controller with this game? Just that if I go back to uni I probably won't be able to take my wheel...

You can use anything but obviously the best experience is with a proper wheel and pedals setup, but that's not to say you can't have fun if you use anything else. :)

You'd have to be careful with your inputs or use driving aids I suspect. I'm not sure how fun either of those would be (i.e. it wouldn't be like Forza which is quite nice on a gamepad)

I use a gamepad and I'm very satisfied with it. I've never used a wheel though... I guess you can be more precise, but hey! It's better than using "WASD"

All I wan't is trackday on Nordschleife online, then it will be nice

And let hope the mod comunity to be epic and work very well with the game

until there I have play some, the game is really good, I recommend the joux planne track convert from RBR, but ain't playing anymore... simulation level is epic but eventually gets boring (just TDU wasnt boring until they shut it down)

Just got it. Don't understand how to disable the racing line or use half the controls, plus have to used keyboard, cause I forgot my controller. :fp:

Is this a bug or something? Sometimes (more often than not actually) when I press "Replay" at the end of a race, it only shows me the last minute or so of the race, not the whole race... it's rather annoying.

 

Example. I did a 2 lap race at Imola but when I viewed the replay afterwards this is all it showed...

If You still haven't got the answer here it is ;d. You need to change replay size, it's somewhere around 24 mb by default. You will find it in options > general as far as I remember

Ah, that's my display name which is different to my username, clearly it only searches for display names though.
