I reinstalled the game (CD, 1.66A) now (and then changed nothing to it, e. g. no crack). I still experience the same .dll-error, something with sys32.

Does anybody know a fix for this?

Nice cruise, put 90kms on my E60. Didn't have any framerate problems or such but I couldn't connect to Dux. Mods work flawlessly, also, took this pic. I'm with the M5 and Minime is the one with the gallardo. I don't know the rest of the guys. lol

I played online today at my old profile. Very nice experience :)

 

My framerate, unfortunately, is bad. Instead of playing 1600x1200 I ended up with 800x600, later I got 2 crashes.

@jurcek: PM a screen of the error please.

 

 

If you have the same error as X8X8X: disable/remove the Nvidia Geforce Experience thing or update your GPU drivers.

I tried to do the same with drivers update, now TDU crashes on start. Windows says d3d9.dll error.

I forgot, that I put files twice (first to Atari folder) and forgot to remove.

All works fine.

Ok speeder. I downloaded the .zip file you have given me and extracted the three files in the TDU folder and launched the game, but nothing happens.

I just get a black screen and than back to desktop with the message "TestDriveUnlimited does not work anymore..." and thats it.

Any ideas what´s going on?

I am waiting anxiously too. I remember you okar, you were so good with S7. It was a long time since racing TDU online, in 2011. I used

to race about 5 years from 2007. My G25 was burned down just before the server was taken offline. It is great to race again, a nostalgic feeling. I quess I need to buy a new wheel, is G27 the best for TDU now after the fix?

Disable any overlay software (steam, msi afterburner, xfire,...) and try again. If you still get issues, please update your drivers and be sure to have downloaded the directx runtime (see the readme).

Can someone of the testers try if they also crash to desktop after teleporting to the following estate agent? Just to confirm that not my old and modded TDU is the cause of that.

@ People having an issue with the G27 fix.

 

It might help, if you turn off your internet security software like Kaspersky, Norton, ESET, G Data, etc.

 

I have G Data on my own and I have to turn G Data off before I start TDU, otherwise the program will stop the game while it's starting. But, after the game has started, I can turn on the firewall again and everything runs smooth with the fix, even the RPM lights are working, FFB as well.

 

I do remember this S7 very well, okar :P

Many times when I try to run game it crashes

Also it stops at intro with Ford GT.
