That is 100% Merc World Racing. It has everything! Benzes only, an Asian/Japanese environment, something that reminds me of the Mexico game world at 1:00, the Alps...

 

Still sad I don't have a PS4, that just looks so great.

Played at LQ here for some reason. Looking straight ahead I could see where the video was stitched together as well which wasn't nice.
