Dirt spec needs rally courses to be of any value as Raid will probably have more power and be able to traverse all-terrain compared to them which could make Dirt spec un-needed.

True, but Raid cars are reportedly tricky at cornering, which will still be a requirement offroad to avoid trees and unwanted jumps, etc. Dirt is also reportedly the most fun spec both on tarmac and gravel. I think when cruising most of us will elect to stick to the roads as per TDU1.

Raid Spec is seriously hard to drive. They spin out very quickly, where Dirt spec gives you a lot more control.

I prefer street spec as those give the sharpest response to steering input. But for all-round fun the Dirt Spec is probably the best.

Circuit spec is insane on the normal roads. You really need a flat surface for those.

Perf spec is really good for High Way runs

And if you want to climb a mountain, grab Raid, as that gives most freedom to go where you want.

You can change specs on the fly with the mobile phone app.

Hey Reneton first of all welcome to the :duck:, secondly, this image is fan made and is not official, hopefully the car will be in the game but this image is not from the game.

That's something we can only guess at this moment, 75 is "more than forty" so that's promising, a bit more would be most welcome especially when you consider what is the norm for car containing games these days. The Beta will probably shed more light on this.
