With a few breaks and driving in normal speed (not slow not flat out EU forums style) it took us 1 and a half hours to get from central park to santa monica.

Very nice, ozz. Yes, it needs photomode desperately and Ubi also needs to quickly solve the sessioning thing, because I am not the only one who can't see other players.

Well I want to play this game now (I was a bit skeptical, I don't like the idea of an off road Porsche). Too bad my download speeds are quite crappy... And by the time the thing downloads I'll be able to play some few hours :P

All those AI you can see when starting the game are fake!

Just look at the names: Marcus, Lea, Laura, etc.

Perhaps they are some of the modern Chargers and Camaros you can see around.

is it just me or AA in this game is poor? Distant objects twitch all the time and they kind of look like there is no anisotropic filter at all.

Easy fix though through external software.

I use FXAA so I can understand the less-than-ideal anti-aliasing. I did very briefly run 4x MSAA which put a big toll on my performance (gee it's been a long time since that happened with AA). It looked better, but still not 'good enough'.

I run it on x8 TXAA and still not a lot of improvement over FXAA. I am pretty sure the problem is not aliasing, it is low resolution MIPmap and lack of anisotropic filter.
