on satarday i saw a bunch of ford escort mk2's

Nice one, i love Mk.1s and Mk.2s. At Flame & Thunder Show last year at Santa Pod i saw a few Cossie-Powered Mk.1s and Mk.2s running down the track, one of them set a 10.1 seconds 1/4 mile :D. I got pictures from that show combined with pictures from Rotorstock and Japshow last year on my Bebo, i'm uploading more later though. If anyone wants to see them, just ask.

Today was the best day of my life. (almost.......no, it was :D)

What do you do when you're stuck in a dead end job? How about driving a super car for money?

That's what 3 guys do that visited my works today.

They gave up work, their homes and wives. Put all their money together bought a small house and 3 super cars.

911 turbo

Enzo

Ford GT

They drive around the UK and offer rides to the public for money.

You name your price they take you for a ride.

I gave them £10 each car and they took me up the road and back. But not long enough for all the gears just 1st and 2nd.

Money well spent I think so. :)

As I said on MSN voice. You are one lucky bugger! Seriously getting a ride in those cars.... I hope they come up to Scotland, not that it is likely though :(

Congrats!

What would you rather do? Buy a fancy lunch or get a ride in 3 super cars? I know what my answer would be... ;)

It's having the guts to throw your life away, go out and catch your dream like they did.

Just most like me can't throw everything at a car. I have given it much thought and got the calculator out more that once today. :)

It looks nice from my literal 0.8 second glance :D And just goes to show that our speed bumps in the high street can't be that severe, as the chavs do like to point out :p Primary_Drift rushed out of the pub to watch and hear it mostly go off down 'road.
