strange... i figured it would qualify under 'unnoticeable PSing', and I remember seeing it in other screenshots in the past.

 

And iirc, if you adjust the center of focus of the picture while Blur is activated, and move it a bit off-focus, you can get some wheel blur... anyways, fixed.
