Sorry my huge Inactivity Period... Long story

Anyway , i've not left TDU forever as i've recently done an LP640 Sound for the Murcielago. Straight from ProStreet's Samples.

I 'm not fully satisfied with this as thoose samples wont sound as nice as a Real LP640 so if i got time i might make a 1.1 to make it perfect.

Still here's the result :

It's a cool sound...just a shame the sound could have come from any car except a murci, sounds absolutely nothing like a Murci at all...but i can't blame you for that...that's EA's fault i guess :)

(TDU's original sound is actually probably the best sound in the game when it comes to how close it is to replicating the real deal, it does that very very well...just lacks the intensity but that's the case for the whole game...or for that matter, for every single sound in every single existing game...the day game developers start using binaural recording will be the greatest revolution in gaming history...mark my words :woot:)

Well , It at least sounds V12 to me , i even recognize some of the mids from a Murcie. But you're right , not as wonderfull as the terrific melody coming out of an LP-640 Exhaust .

By the way , if you mean the 5.2l Murcielago , it's normal , it doesnt sound like an LP640 ! So there i fully agree , it's not even close !

The difference between a normal Murci and an LP640 isn't that big really...they both have the same distinctive sound to them. But that's besides the point...this sample doesn't sound like either...

(just for the record, i'm not talking about how realistic it sounds, purely how distinctively it represents the car it is meant to represent...pitch, that hoarse rumble etc...if i were to rate that out of 10 for this sound i'd give it a 1/10...i didn't even recognize it was supposed to be a Murci at all (goes for many of the NFS sounds actually), while TDU's standard Murci sound would get a fat 9/10 in that department as it is unmistakably a murci. It's still a cool sound, i just wouldn't slap it on a Murci).
