Btw, the DBS picture posted by Ethan Hunt isn't right as it hasn't got the carbon black wheels. Not saying that's his fault as I'm sure he's only reposting what Atari threw online.

I wonder, if they release all the cars to everyone, that means the preorder bonus is actually gone. But what about those that preordered with the TDU2 Casino? Those will have all cars and the casino (unless the casino gets released for free as well)?

The Casino will only be free when you pre-order the game with it, if you don't, you'll have to pay 800MS Points or something close to that beginning from release-day.

 

I believe they've been saying about the pre-order cars, that they aim to make as much as possible content available as much as they can, but they would have to be expected in a DLC at least 60 days or something after release.

 

If this is wrong, correct me.

No you have it correct and just to reiterate, the plan is for the pre-order cars to be available at some point after at least 60 days post release.

If they keep the Official List everybody has the right to get the preorder cars at start because it is false advertising and this isn't legal.

Now they advertising on Homepage and Newsletter with 91 cars, but there is no official answer what cars in there and what is the true list.

Well if you count the non-preorder cars we know of then there's over 90 albeit including the 2 cop variants of the Charger and Viper. Not knowing exactly which of the Veyrons are pre-order or are actually included also makes the 91 probable but again this probably includes the 2 cop variants being counted as separate vehicles.

Ye on this forum somebody already counted 89 normal accessible vehicles out of 101 in total. As Diablo says at least two are copcars and the rest is pre-order.

 

But yes they could have added pre-order tags perhaps.
