Yes it is. Here's a helpful hint for looking through pics before you buy, though; the premium cars are the only ones available in "Photo Travel" (the settings not on racetracks, with people and stuff in the backgrounds). It's almost as if Polyphony is trying to hide the low-quality standard cars from us. :oook:

I think you need to win the Japanese Classics event in the A-spec beginner series, not sure on that though.
