Thanks :) There's a tutorial here. Basically, you have to go to the Red Bull photomode location 2, place the car under the bridge, go onto the bridge above the car, hit select enough times to glitch through the bridge, go into camera mode, hold down the left analogue stick and repeatedly hit select really quick. It takes a few attempts to get it right, but it's certainly worth it. :)
