It's a slammed E28 5-series. :) Judging by the Army-green bumper and missing headlight, it's the 5'er that eventually became Rusty Slammington. It's owned by Mike Burroughs, and is (in that shot) running HREs.

And now, sadly, burned. :( Such a shame. Take a look at the build thread by clicking here (over 250 pictures). It's a sight to behold. Some of the stages are better than others, but the work for every one is just breathtaking. Everyone should read it.

I just read it, and what a read! Inspirational, In depth, and purely amazing. Read every word, and looked at every picture. Probally one of the best cars that ever existed Imo. Best thread on the internet.
