Btw how can i change the standard TDU2 license plate?

It is very easy. First if u downloaded UP you need to change plates file (not sure how is the real bnk name but something like plates_dbs.bnk [2 files]) and put these Incognito's plates or you can make your own (it's easy, there are tutorial on YT)

how to put plates and here is tutorial how to make your own (but I can't find tutorial)
