I honestly can't see how they could't make a map at least half the size of Ibiza in TDU2. I understand time restraint is an issue but surely it could have been done.

It's been a few years since I've been there but the roads in FH2 are too wide imho.

 

By the way, this could be the best map ever, the evo mag's paradise island with some of the best roads in the world:

I highly doubt turn 10 has a lower budget than what tdu2 has, time constraint could possibly be an issue.

as what Dan said, FH2 for Xbox 360 will have the same "everything" from the Xbox One, apart it uses the Horizon 1 engine, so no Drivatar & Dynamic Weather. sounds ok for me. I'm curious to see if they'll completely remove the rain or maybe just implement it in a "less realistic" way. if it will be totally removed won't still be that big problem for me. I'm more worried about the xbox 360 porting of The Crew tbh.

They might have had less time than Eden to make the game map, but I bet they have funds Eden could only dream of, and a headcount for the world modeling team as big as Eden entirely. That might make up for the shorter time to get it done.

Nah it was actually not completely open world, as there were a lot of walls in H1, fe you could not jump down the mountain road and stuff.
