A terrible plague has befallen our forum - FIXED???

tduck has got bits missing from it (horizontal lines and deprecated text) for the last week or so. Ctrl+F5 isn't helping (maybe on individual pages, but the problem is intermittent anyway).

 

Chatbox reveals others are having these issues, using Chrome.
