Eh I think you're pushing it there: The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines muscle cars as "any of a group of American-made 2-door sports cars with powerful engines designed for high-performance driving. Sports car, not race cars.

A truck isn't the first thing that comes to mind when "American muscle" is said, however that truck is clearly American and full of muscles, so personally I have no problem with it, Josh. Not up to me though.
