There's the original wallpaper : 1600x1200/1920x1200/2560x1600. :)

Use TinyPic. It's free (no registraction needed) and you can upload pics up to 3000x3000 pixels without it resizing them. ;)

Instead of using grab you can just hit command+shift+3 and it'll dump the .png on your desktop.
