TDU2 needs ...?

I would like to see TDU2 being released for PS3 & the following cars:

Murcielago LP640, all Ferrari's on TDU PC & XBox 360 including 599 GTB Fiorano, Porsche Carrera GT & 911 GT2 if Atari get a llicense off Porsche, load of Mercs like SL & new CL 65 AMG & 63 AMG, SLR 722, Mitsubishi Evo X & so on.

 

I'd also like to see changeable weather + day & night with time, timed laps for Oahu Raceway in free roam mode & that's about it so far!

BTW I think TDU2 will come to PS3 as Alone in the Dark (5) is running on an updated TDU engine and is coming to PS3, 360 and PC this Spring/Summer and that's one I cannot wait for.

id quite like to see some more classic cars:

5 Aston Martin DB5 and also DB7 (NOT THE ZAGATO VERSION, HATE THE RADIATOR GRILL:mad:)

Bugatti Veyron would be nice to see, but only because its powerful.

 

Some real motorbikes, not superbikes. Things like the Truimph Bonneville, Harley Davidson Panheads (any will do nicely). Perhaps even a shop where you can design and build your own custom bikes. Choppers etc.:D

 

oh and some more CLASSIC ferrari's etc. because to be honest the 288 isn't that old. stuff like the 250GTO, 308GTB, and the 500superfast and 365california. Proper classic cars from the 60's

 

EDIT:yes i know the 308GTB isn't 60's, but i think it should have been in TDU because its the car that Magnum P.I. drove on HAWAII.

 

i know this is a long list but to see at least some of these would make a great game:p

1. Make it more like real life, with the indicators, convertible roofs, and cosmetic damage, and the possibility of running out of fuel during cruising, rate depending on how hard you drive (which means placing more petrol stations around)

This is still going, this might be unpopular but I thik they should get rid of the auction house. You should be able to give to your friends and sell to your friends and thats it in my opionions. This will stop the glitching, probably, aswell as people becouse able to buy really good cars really early on. I idea of having 5 or so cars unlockable at ace is brilliant and only be able to buy one of them would be a good idea to stop huge selling on trade, or even stop them being sold on trade would be good to have some exclustivity.

My wishlist

 

- More detailed trip computers... With ability to save details (i.e. instant MPG, Average MPG, Top Speed, Average Speed, etc...)

 

- Ability to share customizations. I.E. someone makes a car customization through painting it and tuning it in an external editor, or even in game and they can sell (for TDU ingame bucks) their creation. Saleen, Roushe... How about YOUR NAME HERE!

 

Love all the ideas thusfar... Plus just to expand on a couple points earlier...

 

- Weather... This should be able to be selected when you are searching (as I understand TDU doesn't run on a big server, but on several different ones) when you select if you want random or whatever weather, it would just restrict which server it puts you on.

 

- Cops and Robbers... I would love the ability to drive as the police, also to have radar traps (go into 1st person and point a radar gun out the window) and also full out high speed pursuits with multiple units all together over VOIP.

Great ideas by the way, the differant weather server idea is brilliant, so you can always choose he weather, gives more of a challenge in cruises or gumballs as well, expecially if its thinder and lightning and your vision is low, but i suppose what would happen if the server changes automatically?

well, i think if its gonna have damage then it has to be optinal, I woulden't like to see my poor viper all damaged

 

and I think that common houses should be for sale too, in RL you woulden't be buying mansons like crazy oh and last one I promise, all the cars that has coupe models should have converts too (only if the model offers both choices) exemple:

With the petrol thing I think if you go back to your house it would have to go back to a full tank again becouse if you run out that could be really annoying, then the fuel only matters when you go out on long cruises which would be great as everyone would have to pull in.

*More speed options on the players eyes cam so you can look around faster x1,x2,x3 and so on. Also faster speeds not fixed to look left/right only.

 

*Tyres need changing after so many miles and garages to buy new ones. Different types give more/less grip hard/soft compound.

 

*Working club houses and more club racing/events options.

 

*A optional lobby system to find friends online faster and easier.

 

*The tools to make custom games in free ride mode and upload them for others to share.

 

*Photomode option so the camera was in the car so you can take pictures from inside the car of the outside world.

 

*Consistent quality of pictures taken with photomode (sometimes they just don't look good and no one can workout why)

 

*Bigger variety of roads and not double yellow lines everywhere.

 

*Car radio upgrades so cheap stereo = poor sound. Also different cars radios sound different like in GTA

 

*Second hand car dealers so cheaper cars but random scratches, can't re-paint and more miles. Leading on to the opposite of now where more miles = more money. More miles mean less performance so are cheaper.

OK I've kept away from this thread to see what other people would put down first ... so trying to come up with some additions that I haven't read on Diablos front page

 

1. Trade - do something similar to Ebay where you put a reserve, auction time, but-out price ... but unlike Forza2 when trying to buy a car you can put in your maximum bid in and it'll increment like ebay, rather than having to hope your online when the auction is about to end

 

2. Bugs/Secrets - make sure there are places where real world physics DON'T apply ... things like the hole in the top of the tunnel and the houses you can drive into and fall through the world add to the game as they take some discovering

 

P.S. if the developers do an invite day to gauge opinions and want an 'older' gamer along that loves his driving games ...................
