Pic 1: Well, it is sharp, just on the wrong part of the photo. And seeing that you use a Rebel XTi (Or 400D as we call it) you can choose a focal point.

So for pic 1 i would've picked the left bottom focal point, so the camera focusses on the nose of the car, get what i mean? :)

 

Pic 2: Such a shame it isn't 100% sharp, it's just slightly blurred. I see you used an shutterspeed of 1/60 there, 1/125 would do the trick! Or even 1/160.

 

Pic 3: Overal very nice panning, front of the car is sharp which is good.

 

I would also recommend you getting a polar filter. :) Hope you don't mind me giving some tips and stuff.
