And iirc, if you adjust the center of focus of the picture while Blur is activated, and move it a bit off-focus, you can get some wheel blur... anyways, fixed.

It smooths the edges of objects in games (and animation software)

Also causes performance drops on old hardware

when you upload your photo to image hosting sites like http://www.photobucket.com you can select the resolution you want it to be uploaded.
