    Japanese tuned cars =/= ricers.

     

    Ricers are those with only external modifications. Clearly those from HKS will have performance modifications? And therefore aren't ricers.

     

    Just trying to make it clear. Too many people are stereotyping ricers as ALL tuned Japanese cars.
