It's a sentence it 2 meanings and what i wanted to say is

I like that the Sagaris is in game but it hasn't the same madnes like (Design madnees like the mufflers) the TDU1 model. The car in performance wise is still mad that's why i like it.

 

And you are rigth about the 2CV it funny to powerslide in it.

115. you can tune up one aspect of your car at a time, lets say you dont have much cash so you only improve the acceleration or the braking

 

116. you can switch wheels anytime in the tuning shop if available

 

117. we have actual speed limited cars the Audi's and Merc's no longer red-line at 260kph but at a higher speed.
