Well, with the new update it works better than before me, though I don't have it maxed out (I don't have any game maxed out, actually). For me the visual quality is great and what you see is what I see when playing, no Screenshot special settings or PS. I'm running it on one notch before Ultra, except for reflections and motion blur, the latest is off.

 

So far I'm pleased with my results...
