I do have 1 question ... is there a low poly version for far away viewing? Cos that would top it off :D

 

Also, I love this, it looks like it's going to be good!

Thanks :D. And yep, I made a Low Resolution Model of the R8...but it isn't finished yet ;)

 

Perhaps...when I finished the Audi Logos on front and back, the brakelights and the Low Resolution Model there will be a Beta of the R8 :)

At this morning I became an idea. So...I haven't to restart the R8 :)

 

But I have to search a Car with the following sizes of textures...

 

 

512x256

 

512x512

512x512

 

256x128

256x128

256x128

 

256x256

 

I found one with much textures but one was missing. I tried 50 cars of TDU yet...I found one (a Mercedes) with not all (1 is missing). If i can't found one, i'm using this Mercedes and make dark backwindows, so nobody can see the Engine, but the other things are finished :D.

If I find a car tonight a release of a Beta will be tonight, tomorrow or on Sonday :thumbsup:

But you're using TDU Modding Tools to convert textures, aren't you ?

 

Now I know what you need in order to mod... change texture sizes !

Why don't you ask me for such features ? TDUMT are still in development ;)

 

New DDS-2DB converter will be @ beta state for 1.6 version. I hope it will help you.
