  1. Oh yeah I missed that, I'll go raid my sister's room for some nail polish right now :btup
  2. It is small but the whole bumper will still need to be replaced. The shape of it has been distorted so on the right side it doesn't line up with the next panel. :P No idea what can be done about the bad scratch on the boot. I backed into the other car, it was as I was leaving for work this morning :p
  3. Rear end of our car, say hi to front end of the car behind you. :( It looks so small but because the car is still under warranty, this could become really expensive for insurance reasons I don't really understand. I can feel a massive hole growing in my bank account. :( The other car was Dad's car from work, no idea if anything needs fixing on that, don't even wanna think about if it does.
  4. So is this something you realized just now or ..? I don't think it'd be too hard to mess with the settings of the motion blur and the like but doesn't feel like the sort of thing someone would do as a standalone mod.
  5. Yeah, phrasing and interpreting that rule is difficult but I think "as long as the actual screenshot isn't tampered with" mostly covers it. You can always ask Ryzza if you'd like him to explain it. :)
  6. Toldyoutoldyoutoldyou you should've pasted the rules in here Harley :p I'd say none, really. :/
  7. Probably the latter seeing as they couldn't even decide what kind of hubcaps to put on it.
  8. ... there are on/off ramps and driveways all over the map. That's why you need to keep checking it.
  9. There is no glitch, you need to go over the map over and over again until you find it. I've found driveways and on/off ramps to the motorways to be easy to miss.
  10. Not really their fault though, how many racing games these days feature full and realistic damage? No car manufacturer will let them.
  11. Ah yeah, what I meant was that a few of them have real high-poly interiors as well. It depends on what the person who ordered them in the first place wanted I think.
  12. A few of them do have interiors, but aren't those models too high-poly to use in TDU anyway?
  13. Where did you get the game from? Do you have any time to see what the error messages in the blue screen say? It's strange, I've never heard anyone have trouble with 64-bit and TDU before, a lot of people here have 64-bit systems and everything seems to work fine for them. Why are you keeping the resolution and AA down? A 770 should max this game with no major problems but what are the rest of your computer specs? Have you tried running without the Nvidia Inspector settings? Haven't heard any special complaints about that either but you never know. Could it be overheating? I also moved this thread to the TDU section as it doesn't involve modding.
  14. Hello there and welcome here. We'll take your teeth now please. :hi:
  15. Didn't think of that, my keyboard has pause/play, volume and skip track buttons on it so I might be a a bit spoiled there. Best thing ever though that I really didn't know I needed in the first place.
  16. Well, no. Probably not. The way the game handles sound files is probably written somewhere in the very core of the code of the game engine. I can't imagine there is any way to change it, but I might be wrong.
  17. :hello: there. Teeth please. Yes, the TDU section has kind of died down since the servers were shut down and since then we've started to focus more on gaming and insanity in general rather than just TDU. The modding scene is still quite active though.
  18. Probably not, that limit is likely hardcoded into the game somehow, I've never seen anyone saying they could modify it.
  19. Import the .3ds into Zmodeler and then save it. Saving a file is not the same as exporting it. Exporting can be done in a whole variety of formats and that's what you do when it's finished. Saving can only be done in .z3d and is only done to save your progress.
  20. You can't use Zbrush to mod TDU, only Zmodeler can export in the formats that TDU uses so if you do decide to do the modelling in Zbrush, make sure you can convert between the two. To be brutally honest it's a massive process and it'll take a very long time, especially if you've never modelled anything before. You need to have really good blueprints and reference images and then make the textures and UV wrap all of it, set up dummies and I don't even know all of what TDU needs. Massive project, but entirely doable :) Also, moved to the Mod Shop.
  21. Calm down, no need to shout like this. The report button worked perfectly fine and the link has been removed.
  22. Where did you get the game? You can only play by having the real DVD in the drive.
  23. I'm not sure what you mean but I'm guessing you didn't find the two sections we have for released mods. There are literally hundreds of released mods for TDU1 and TDU2. Released Mods | turboduck forum TDU2 Mod Releases | turboduck forum
