Most of the people on the German TDU-C think, that this i a fake because the pictures are from Forza Central. I don´t know if it is a fake or not...

I don't think this can be wrote off just because its on a Forza Fansite. It appears to be pretty genuine and I don't think someone high up in the staff would post fakes, imo. But only time will tell.

I'm still a bit iffy on those screens. Would they really have and leak an image showing that the map still loads slowly? Oh, and has anyone noticed how all the cars appear to be teh exact same 3D models as those in our copies of TDU?

It's supposed to load slowly. Eden made the map load that way to mimic Google earth (and reduce load times)

I've notice the fuel gauge in the shader test pictures . So i guess we'll have to pay for petrol too ?

See if you actually do a run around the island in TDU and go from fuel station to fuel station you'll notice they are within about 20 miles of each other. So they obviously did think about it for the first one I would imagine.
