GMDestra has said Lamborghini-gate can be answered at its earliest in the first week of January because that's when the team has time to review all the questions he send in.

 

 

Hey Everyone,

 

Just a quick update that I'm still in the process of compiling the requested information.

 

It is still my goal to provide some background information on the decision making process. To be honest, I may not be able to provide this information until the first week of January when the whole team will be available to review the questions that I've escalated.

 

Just remember, both Eden and Atari are dedicated to delivering an amazing racing game. Every decision that is made is with the pure intent of creating the best racing and cruising experience out there. Rest assured that we are committed to upholding the true spirit of the game, and hope that you will enjoy it with the same level of passion that went into its development.

:hmmm: the hell the Lambo's went? :confused: On the other hand,:bananadance: i'm still happy because the R35 is in the list!! but TBH they can improve the list more with imports and IMHO what's the use of the 2CV in game?? Funny thing is I can imagine a 2CV race a Ferrari :insane:also I think that they changed the 06 to an 11 Impreza, and I think it's not that bad that they changed it, for me, the new Impreza looks great!:D

Nope. Just like refuelling it was tried and removed. However, where fuel got removed because they didn't see the fun, wipers got removed because of too much technical problems (understandable but also not, for a game with rain and in-car views).

WTF dude they better bring that back havent they pushed the game back enough with the car list what is the point of having dynamic weather with no wipers i mean pgr4 had wipers and a garage that that you can walk around in i mean what the hell you are releasing the game in 2011 not 2007. look at pgr4 graphics look amazing and they got better cars wipers and mini in game arcades in the garages this was 3 years ago flippin hell man i was gunna get this game now ill try to consider this game

DUDE! Calm down. You could never see your character when in garages. You couldn't customize it's face because you never saw it. You couldn't freeroam around 2 huge islands. You couldnt use turn signals. You couldn't drive offroad. You didn't have much cars (I think even TDU2 has more). Do you need more?

look all im saying is that pgr4 had downgraged less detailed things for 2007 and tdu2 has these but better but the littlest things like wipers make a difference in a game i mean all the things you pointed out i was extremely happy about but if they have a good weater system why no wipers ?? technical issues alright but they should focus more on cars details than what underwear im going to put on my avatar :)

Just another one in rather long list of compromises they've made with this game. IMO there are too many of them.

They should put the whole team which had been working on Casino to develop the wipers for all cars.

There's no such a thing as too many problems, only too few working on them :oook:

Its the same thing i thought. They telling the people they want to make the best racing experience ever and have no Lamborghini but a Sims Like Casino and Houses, yipppieee ey jeahhh. Goal reached.

I dont think we will get the truth about many questions and the Lambo thing, they are just now telling strange and unbelievable answers, we are now in the same situation since TDU 1.

 

For example:

 

- Leaked Patch

- no there will be other patch

- Released Patch= Leaked Patch

 

now:

- Car List on Facebook

- no its not the full list

- oh its the full list

 

And there already cars missing and the thing with the pre order cars on it and the new newsletter telling 91 cars, what would mean 2 new cars (101 full car list - 12 pre order = 89 cars).

 

And nobody can give an answer.

If atari plans to make any money of dlc's... I think investing in a massive LAMBORGHINI pack for 1800 ms will sell like hot cakes...... i'm i not right???????????????.............Who here doesn't care about driving such car's like the reventon,LP640 SV,.............................Come on this is really sad news to hear. And to make matters worse, it's horribly inaccurate. There are at least 8 mistakes comparing to the last version the public has ever seen (in 2008), or Eden must have seen a very new version...

I know your not happy with it, but I'm not that impressed with the fact there missing out a few cars that i like, but i can handle that, but theres many cars there that I glad they have!

Also they need a genral carlist that'll please most people, I could go all mopy that theres no Suzuki Cappuccino or some obscure car that hardly anyones herd of, but i'm not!

It's not. I've compared the car as you see it on the screenshots with the last version that the world has seen, and that was the 2008 one. Since that time, no new version of that car has been seen, not even reported on the official brandforum where they have all the info and photo's in existence.

 

And I doubt Atari would get permission for using a not-yet-announced car, they would be charged a lot of money for it I think.

It may not be that pretty, compared to the C8 Aileron ( :drool: ) but I think it looks kinda cool in a way, like the Cayenne as Mike said.

I also like it, especially in black with a beige interior as it's supposed to be.

 

It's just that there are freaking many errors all over the model, if they've been trying to do with carquality than quantity, I may hope this is the only example of so many errors in one car.

Yeah, but Lamborghini is NOT obscure... :/ And while I was hoping that they'll actually improve the car list, I was also hoping that it won't be worse than in the first one. And quite sadly, it is.
