Honestly, can't wait to sit on the MTB again. I just need to find the time to get the bike back to its former glory after a winter hiatus.

Upgraded from the Elgato Game Capture HD to the Elgato HD60... basically allows me to record at 1080p 60FPS now. Tried a few software solutions recently to see if they had improved but had quite a bit of trouble with them and lost a few YT-worth videos.

Will sell my old one to someone I used to race with so it was essentially half price.

Goal was to make an "ultimate" $500 triple-boot PC (Windows 10/Ubuntu/OS X Yosemite). Turns out that the PSU was junk as it started smoking when I turned it on.

A) There's no good loops around here, I'd have to run x miles in one direction then turn around and run the whole way back. Or drive somewhere to run... which would be hard without a license.

B) It's Northern Ireland, it snowed the other day. :( This is April. :(

C) People. Trying to lose weight, don't really want to run while a million cars go past with people staring. I used to do that (the last time I was fit) and it was a PITA.

D) Easier on the legs, once I'm in better shape I'll reconsider running outside. :lol:

That's pretty much it for me, even when cycling. I'll stay on the sidewalk or dirt path instead of choosing the dedicated bike lane or a regular lane for cars. Suicide around here, though people still do it.

Yup. It's even worse for cycling, 9/10 drivers think everyone on a bike is an asshat or are to ignorant to give them proper space when they pass etc. My dad cycles a lot and is usually nearly killed 2-3 times every time he goes out :lol:

The input devices have to render 60 frames first. :chuckle2: :leaves:

It's to record PC footage mainly, so yes it does. FRAPS reduces FPS when recording, and ShadowPlay doesn't load or record half the time.

I'm also pretty tempted to buy a Titan X and not have to worry about FPS for a few years, but want to wait and see if a sealed watercooled version arrives. Similar to this: EVGA - Articles - EVGA GeForce GTX 980 HYBRID
