I know that, I meant that EA will probably tell Criterion to overcharge us for crappy DLC packs and such.

 

EA won't tell Criterion anything of the sort. EA tells the developer to build it, then sets the prices.

with people talking of DLC, depending on what cars are in game(mostly stuff from 2000 to 2010 i'm guessing), Then Packs i'm guessing will be 90's super cars(F1, Diablo, CLK GTR, EB110, Cappuccino's, that sort of thing!) and maybe a 80's one if were lucky! EA is the publisher, and since they basically fund the project - They also set the prices.

I have to say, watch at your own risk and decide whether it's good or bad. I'm really not liking the idea of their physics. I mean, I don't want it to be all race sim but this might not be the best. It really looks like Ridge Race at 1:36 ish.

To prover your point, all/most other EA Games since BP (i.e. Need for Speed) would have to have had a Time Saver DLC, which they don't, which suggests that it's a Criterion thing.

 

Yeah, those physics look way too forgivable, but I guess no-one will care once they add the fancy movie-style music soundtrack. Looks like they haven't finished the rear-view mirror at this point either.

Same list Kotaku have, seems legit. Really looking forward to this game. Shame about the absence of Ferrari especially seeing as they featured in the previous two and other manufactures from the Fiat family (Alfa, Maserati) are in.

They've always had the Crown Vic cop car in their pursuit games and just applied supercar physics to it when the AI cops are chasing you as far as I recall
