A few guys on WMD forums have requested a refund over 3 weeks ago and Atari CS have been stalling and not refunding.

 

Expect lawyers to be called in 3... 2.... 1....

After sharing the link about no PC version:

Painful and embarrassing. I'm sick of NDAs: we've had no communication that the PC version has been cancelled, and know of no reason to think it would be. At the very least I would hope that the Steam version (hint hint) would make it out there.

 

And someone noticed this added on November 20:

Maybe the retail on the shelf version is cancelled but that wouldn't stop digital downloads so I dunno what's going on. All in all though looks like it's just typical Atari ineptitude. In fact I'm pretty sure that's what the 'I' must stand for in ATARI.
