I tried at first because I didn't know how to configure the gamepad and it was quite hard, specially the steering

Finally got TDU1 going last night. Still disappointing how "TDU servers unavailable" will never change. And yes, the money was obviously modified. Will play more when I'm back from CES.

It feels pretty good with my G27 (all of my previous time with the game was spent using a Logitech gamepad). Shifting with the paddle shifters doesn't seem to work right.

how so?

I know tdu doesn't have the best paddle shifting feature. It was new to the industry too in those years. I had found a way to lag the shifting though can't really remember how to do it, fiddle with the controller settings mainly auto-clutch and sequential option.

Didn't setting the CPU affinity for TDU.exe in Task manager help with that? Or was that just for those who had glitchy audio? Can't quite remember.

Yup, I have the same problem. But I've heard that turning on vsync might help, although I wasn't able to test it out yet :P

Yes it is for the laggy audio problem, i have it myself (multi core CPU)
