Just alittle something i have been working on for about a hour. As i am sick with TDU's stock 258 poly tire. So i thought i would convert forza 3's tires which are 2720 polys.

Yep thats the plan. I did try this on many occasions but i always failed, as its not as simple as import, eidt then export. If you did that the game would crash. But i gave it a try last night and persisted with it and i got it to work.
