New Stratos Leaves Pininfaria Factory

Well, one of the new Lancia Stratos's was assembled and left the Pininfaria factory. It's supposed to be revealed in France a few weeks from now, but hopefully it goes well. I kinda like how they kept most of the details from the original, but the new headlights make the car look like: :(

 

 

What do you guys think about it?

I kinda don't like it now. The concept shots I liked, but the headlights and that out-of-place wheel arch doesn't do it for me.

I like it, it's different! I'm sure that it'll be a car that grown on you more and more as you see it (kinda like the SLS for me and Spongie)

yea I reckon the headlights ruined it if I brought it I would have them changed for ones like the original stratos they would look much better

Sorry but it looks like a cheap kit car. Not the type of looks that a successor of such legend should have.

Nah, they could have created a legend from the Stratos and they have pretty much failed. I don't like the wheelarches at all, they just look silly and out of place. The headlights are a dissapointment, the wheels seem absolutely tiny and the front bumper is far too long.

I like it as well, but the front wheel arches are a bit weird, imo.

It starts to look good, then a bit further down it looks awful (near the bulge), and then it resumes looking good again.

just a shame that modern day regulations don't allow for this.

I think it may have something to do with safety mostly, along with being outdated in many people's view points.

Hm, well it could be, perhaps the same reason that wanted MB to let the bonnetstars bend back when experiencing forces on it. Outdated... well maybe. The XJ220-ish system would be more modern.
