Just had the same idea for the thread a hour ago, but wasn't sure.

 

Nevertheless, Brasil dissapointed me with their own goal but on the other side Neymar's first goal was incredible. Also not a fan of penalty's. They seem a bit... unfair to me.

You kidding? You cannot hardly touch the keeper the last number of years. Before you could challenge the keeper to make them drop or miss the ball, you just couldn't smash them over the line.

Awful referee. I support my country Bosnia and my neighbours Croatia. There was no penalty, the referee was so on Brazil side.

Yeah, clearly, was not a penalty. Croatia did a good match, but the problem of playing with Brasil, is that in a kickback they'll score a goal, even if they are playing awfully.

This is funny, when I play Pro Evolution Soccer with my friends on the PS, we play as Bosnia in the World Cup. Never got further than 2nd round though...

USA won't make it past groups IMO, they're in a hard category.

Mexico looks really good this year, I'd imagine they make the quarter finals for sure.

 

Final I figure will be Spain vs. Germany - I'm really rooting for the Germans this year.

I picked 2 teams from each group this past Monday (9th) to move on, here are my predictions:

A: Brazil and Croatia (Though Mexico is looking reallllly good)

B: Spain and Netherlands

C: Columbia and Ivory Coast

D: England and Italy

E: France and Switzerland

F: Argentina and Bosnia and Herzegovina

G: Portugal and Germany

H: Belgium and South Korea
