1. lol, how did they thing they could get away with such a thing!
2. You can check your profile on the social club to see what they have done to you. I had $4.5b, now I have the 550k I had before the first $111m was sent my way when I was actually saving up for a tank. That 'Buy All Ammo' option is going to have to be looked at before hitting 'A' from now on though. :)
3. As you may know GTA Online is offline right now for "maintenance", though a more fitting term would probably be "cleaning-up", as Rockstar has just recently posted on their website about how they are aiming at the cheaters and exploiters who have been dishing out hundreds of millions and even billions to players. They also clarify what will happen to those of us who innocently received the money and how they are removing the "game-breaking" amounts of $GTA cash. Thanks - Taking Aim at GTA Online Cheaters | Rockstar Games What do you think of this? I know I didn't feel the need to do Jobs and such due to the money and the amount of tanks roaming around made it somewhat annoying and chaotic, but yet fun at the same time. So I don't know how I feel either way.
4. An update to this, it appears the date has been changed to TBD. DRIVECLUB | PlayStation Japan
5. This golden nugget from Simbin may not be the best looker but it's still a damn fine game in it's own right and at this price is well worth picking up! :D GTR Evolution - SAVE 85% at Bundle Stars (Redeem on Steam)
6. Eden Games may not have a website or show much signs of life but they are hiring. Yeah I know makes perfect sense. Thanks - Eden Games le retour ! Eurogamer.fr
7. You're right, it's just not fun to play for us. You're not going to change the vast number of people who feel this way by saying it's fine for you. And that's fine if you like it and sure there are people who do too but for the most part the handling of the game is regarded as well below-par, and this is for all demographics from arcade to those who are more of a simulation preference. :)
8. And it's still got a while to go yet still so will only improve even more!
9. Umm that looks real? The link is a 404 though. What's going on?
10. Jesus man that's some top quality sheet you got going here!
11. How much power exactly do you think VTEC gives a car? :oook:
12. It's not so much they aren't realistic as TDU wasn't exactly real-life it's that they aren't very good for a driving and racing game, they make it hard to truly enjoy the cars. Drive slow and steady and this won't show but many people used TDU as a breather between their racing games. Usually speeding along the coast, powersliding and drifting round the racetrack and twisty roads or just performing random jumps on the motorbikes. It was easily one of the most thrilling and relaxing games where you could do these things in a large open-world environment. :D Jump onto the PC with a good wheel and it was even better, proper FFB, clutch and shifter support and a feeling that the car had weight (except moon gravity in Hardcore Mode). The best way to sum the two games up is; TDU was great to drive in despite the dodgy roads, whereas TDU2 has great roads but dodgy driving.
13. Should this not be saying Motocross and not Motorcross?
14. It's incredibly twitchy for a start, there's no distinction between grip and about to lose grip like the previous game and the weight shifting seems off. The handling is one of the biggest complaints about the game.
15. Bugbear Entertainment the mad band stands behind the FlatOut games, have been noisily working away on their Destruction Derby themed racer Next Car Game and now it's available via Steam Early Access. Next Car Game hits Steam Early Access | turboduck
16. Has Destructive Tendencies Destruction Derby racing returns in all it's beautiful maniacal glory in the form of Bugbear Entertainment's 'Next Car Game' which is now available via Steam Early Access and includes three tracks and two playable cars. The game comes from the insane minds of those behind the FlatOut series and if you've ever played any of those then a smile should be appearing on your face thinking about just what this game could entail. Last year Bugbear ran a Kickstarter to try and fund the game but unfortunately that was unsuccessful and they pulled it with a week to go. They didn't stop making it though, and now via Steam Early Access and their own website you too can pick-up the working-title and see why many people are really excited to see this game evolve. For years many have been shouting for a new Destruction Derby type game and now it looks like 'Next Car Game' will fill this void extremely well, it's not all arena based of course as there is normal racing but the damage engine it possesses it's almost a near certainty even those will turn into pure carnage. Note that an Early Access is exactly that, it's a chance to get in on the development of the game before it's reached even a Beta state, in most cases it may even be able Pre-Alpha and suffer bugs and glitches which you are expected to submit to the developers to help eradicate them for future releases. The following warning appears on the page itself so if you want to make the leap - and we really think you should - then just remember the below: “Warning: Early access phase is meant to give you a chance to experience the game as it progresses through its development cycle, and the game is still at an early stage. As such, it does contain missing features and nasty bugs. Developing the game together with the players gives us a lot more creative freedom, and you get to communicate with the development team to make sure we’re making the all-out racing game that you want.” There is a Digital Deluxe Edition available too which includes some additional and exclusive content: Digital Deluxe Edition Backer Race Car A special in-game race car that's not going to available later! Wallpapers A set of cool wallpapers to trick out your desktop in style. Soundtrack A rocking soundtrack of the game. This extra content will be available at a later date. But wait! There's more! Buyers and early-adopters of the game will also get access to an equally fun Technology Sneak Peek that allows you to shoot, crush, crunch and drop vehicles as well as perform many insane physics based activities. 'Next Car Game' is destined for a 2014 release on PC and early access is available on Steam and the official website. What about console? Well a Xbox One and PS4 version was hinted at when the original Kickstarter was underway but since that failed nothing else has been said about the gen 8 twins. 17. This tweet was not long posted by Rockstar. GTA Online will down for hamster replacement or something. Grand Theft Auto Online will be down for maintenance beginning tonight at 9PM Eastern Time. http://rsg.ms/1a75iST 3:52 PM - 15 Jan 2014
18. To be honest the original TDU was well liked for some time even after Atari stopped supporting it due to being a great game to chill with and just drive or race in. TDU2 would have been the same if the handling was even remotely fun, however for many and I'm not saying all, the handling completely kills the game for them. 95% of my TDU2 playtime is the Casino because when I get onto the road I can't bear it for even 5 mins before I have to stop and do something else.
19. Damn Ken nice scenery shots. That little side-alley is something I haven't see and yet it reminds me of that phototravel location from GT4. :ew: at that Adder.
20. That is pretty sweet, we are in an age of second-screens so this makes sense.
21. When the auth server is down does the DLC not become free to use in the game? I've seen people posting about this but I'm not completely aware of what's actually going on with it.
