Almost everyone knows this star-shaped lights at headlights. In the basic game two things i didn't like. The rays of the star have become increasingly wide gen outside, rather than pointed constantly, and also too much to see. Otherwise i find it very pretty, which is why I keep it original. and these two things have changed. (up on minor irregularities in the texture) The glow in the core I have gently boosted, and reduced the bluish. It is indeed always still blue, but throughout there is a absolutely normal now headlight white. A common car is in the download file with whitewall tires, and an outatime specialty license plate. Unfortunately just have no other. So who doesn' t care about that, can install the carlightflare with the common car bnk . For those who have too many mods in it, the file light fx.2db is individually there also. Hello to all :) Yesterday i feel nostalgic and installed Test Drive Unlimited to play. I start playing but i fell that the cars are "old" or are just boring because i have driven them too many times :D . So i want to import new car models from different games by "Ripping" them with Ninja Ripper (1.1.4). Basicly my question is how to convert these .rip and .dds files into the .bnk files? Im very new in this thing. Well this will be my first time. I dont know almost anything about importing, game models, files..... But im almost good at 3D modeling (now im studing or more correct im practicing it) But in texturing im maybe not zero but 1 :D . So can somewone help me make myown custom mods by this method ? Im truly greatful to anyone who helps :)

Hi! I have a problem with TDU, when i start the .exe the game crashes and is saying not responding, I had couple of car mods/sounds. They worked correctly, but then suddenly the game crashed and i haven't got it work since that... i have uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 times now and still no progress, same thing every time :D I would love to play this game but i just can't. And I have installed it properly. installed game-> installed a patch (tried 1.66 and 1.68 but it didnt solve the problem)--> then inserted the crack. Im really confused here what the problem is, every kind of helping is appreciated!! THANKS :)

I was able to reach 120 MP3 songs on my Custom Radio in TDU1. I had 4 radio stations with 30 songs in each of them. Now may I ask, has anyone reach past the number I've mentioned? And what did you do to reach that number? Post away everyone.

While I was browsing the net I noticed that XBOX 360 edition release haves exclusive cars Nissan 350Z Roadster 2004, Audi A4 Touring Car, Cadillac® Sixteen™, Dino 246 GTS, Triumph Daytona 995i, Pontiac® Solstice, Lamborghini Diablo GT. Is there any mod that brings these cars (adds them). Why were they made exclusive to XBOX? I'm asking this question because patch 1.68 adds cars and also you can see these names with Modding Tools. I sometimes wish that they have found these cars for 1.68b instead those oldtimers. Also I wonder if there are any of these cars converted from other games available for classic replacing.

Okay, so I got an idea. Since TDU Servers where shuttedown by ATARI, they don't do updates to this game no more. We can edit core files of the game, I want to say this - we can reroute game files to some other host machine, but game can get crazy. You know why? Because gamespy is offline too. Problem is, we would need two PAYED host servers. One for GameSpy alternative, second for TDU (Because, as you know, to get online in TDU you need GameSpy account). We need some great progammers to edit those core files of the game, or we will be ... So, why I see that this can get true: 1.) TDU is free for modding 2.) Atari is not updating game no more 3.) By editing core files and rerouting them to other host server, you can get servers online again. But, there is always but.. We need strong machine too for those servers. With fast internet connection and great processor and RAM. Something like i7 extreme edition and 16GB+ of RAM. :) And, as you readed, we need GameSpy alternative and TDU host server, and they NEED's to be connected (GameSpy with TDU), and that is hard work. BUT IT'S NOT IMPOSSIBLE! Another problem, where are game core files? If I would, or anybody else, would find those files, almost half-job would be done. So, progammers, please, let's try this. I know that there is alot of people who still play's TDU offline, and who want's to go online. Honestly, TDU 2 is big piece of broken art! Physics are pants, everything are pants in game.. TDU 1 is the best. What you think? More ideas to this? We need only to find game core files to edit server protocol, and host address, that's all for the start.. and the only problem. So, please, lets try to find those files and start editing them, it would be great if we get back TDU 1 servers online again! Please tell me what you think about this, peace. <3

TDU won't start after installijng certain mod.

Ok, so i have installed the Tool831's Carrera GT, and now the game won't ever start. I have tried replacing the Bnk map, replacing the TDU exe file, uninstalling the mod, reinstalling it, manually installing it and no sollution. Can anybody help me with this? Because i don't want to reinstall the whole game again. Thank you in advance! :) -

maya luxury car maybe the appearances are far away from the true story, maybe the resolution of this car is not really good for tdu1, even though it looks so I've posted (again) a site with an already made 3d car model, not with the purpose to intrusively insist that modders to do this car "somehow and sometime", but maybe this 3d model is really good for tdu1 -
How to listen at your preferite songs in Tdu :fld::odance::bananadance::pdance: First of all , Go in your tdu folder where tdu is installed . double click on Euro same thing with the Radio folder ( double click) Now you have 4 stations right in front of you , double click on one of them ( for example radio djey) Now you can see there are many tracks ( usually 9 or 10) , these are the song you listen in the game. Now is simple , Take a song that you'd like to listen in tdu , copy it on the desktop , now rename it with the name of one of the tracks you found in ( for example) the djey radio folder ( be sure you rename Character by character don't lose anything even the space ) and replace the song you have renamed with the song in the djey folder , Now when you go play and you turn up the radio on that station , when it's the turn of the song you have replaced , you will recognize that is your song playing and not the replaced old song . P.s : If you don't hear anything when you turn up the radio and it's the turn of your song ( if you remember the name of the song you have replaced it will be easier ) , after have replaced the file , it's probably because you don't have the magic map installed , but I'm not shure . You can replace every song you want , but be carefull and rebot all the files . :duck::D

Hello Guys :) Well, I just saw how many brands are in TDU now with all the mods made by the Community. Here is a pic to answer my question: There is probably more than 106 brands. So more than a 2000 mods. Convert one mod in approximately One months, Two weeks, One week, 3 days, 12 Hours, 5 Hours, 2 Hours... Then think how much hour it could represent. When I imagine that number I just want to say... WOOOOAAAW ! :nuts: We approaching the end of 2013, TDU is 7 years old and we still play that amazing game. Even next-gen games doesn't remove the love of the game... But TDU is nothing without every modders, every members, every fans of cars... All these people spend more times making the game better... It was sad to see the servers shut down last year. Atari was to focus on they new game they called TDU 2... :mad: Well, I can see that now many of us moved to TDU 2 because it's the last game where we like to see all our friends. Many people is trying to get TDU 2 better. Thanks to them also even if I don't play TDU 2. It's great to see them spending times to get the awfull TDU 2 on better TDU 2 they always wanted to see. I want to say a Enormous thank you to every people who contribute to TDU 1 for just our joy, our days, our passion of cars, our distraction... You all are absolutely amazing ! So Thank you so much... :thumbsup: TDU have still some bright days for the next months. But sadly best things always have an end. For how long ? Hope for still very long. So now... LONG LIVE TO TDU !!! AND THANKS TO EVERY ONE !!! (I'm probably in the wrong section so sorry :D ) (Also sorry if I'm not so clear in some sentences, I'm French)

[ATTACH]19465[/ATTACH] the .dwg file is in the attachments (and needs to get converted into 3DD or 3DS or I Don't Know Exactly THE FILE FORMAT, but it is Not Just About File Format, it's Not About Some Extra Modifying, but I Really Don't Know HOW TO CONVERT TO TDU, I've Tried, that's why I ask somebody else, if he / she wants, of course) those rims are just for me, I don't want to post them somewhere else, and : I don't want to do any other rims for tdu, I want just these rims for any car type, because these rims have the perfect balance between elegance and coolness (but of course : who wants the rims can ask me for them) and : some advices about how to install 3ds max (which seems to be the only way of converting .dwg files to .3ds) would be great, it's not easy for me installing programs (I'm not that great in computer usage, because I don't have enough experience, for some programs, for example I needed help to install Autocad, I didn't installed it by myself)

Hi guys ;) Today I must ask you something. I know, Eden Games are down and additionally I read on other site, that now we can't download DLC2 as a patch - around the cars it said "no offer". It's really truth? Explo and DLC2 are fre DLCs, but 'cause Eden are "dead" it's no chance to enjoy DLC2 cars and bikes? Why am I asking? Because I prepare myself to buy another one copy of the game, but for online gaming only I don't know if I want it... ;) Greetings, MRO'

Hey guys, today i've tried to convert a rim into TDU, succesfully, proper size, looks quite good, but i have an issue... The rim is all brown, i have assigned textures in Zmodeler, and exported, i have also converted the textures in 2DB What's wrong? :) Cheers, A.G.

Here are a few videos from a friend in the game back when TDU was, well.. still online. Thought I'd share with you all here on tdu-c. I recall he told me he used to have a few profiles and record with a different one each time so people wouldn't know anyones recording and no one won't feel intimidated to try to drive at their best while hes recording. Anyways I thought I'd share the channel, some pretty good content, mostly crashes.. but still good. :lol: TDUTimes - YouTube for the curious ones, I was Lordofmessiah in the game. So excuse me if I'm a little biased on previewing the videos that have me in it..:lol: I kid I kid; All of them are great of course, some people that I recall who are in some of the videos, space, ksk, jcl, UGG group, zsc, greywulf, djtinnio, jzjamm, cs, palmer, brsirius and their whole br clique lol, etc, really too many names to mention. Most of who I've cruised with for a very long time. Hi all! I am new to turboduck, and to pc gaming world. So my "problem" is G27 steering settings for TDU. I don´t feel comfortable, the feel of steering is so weird. So, can you "brothers" give me tips with wheel settings :) Tell me how your settings are? Other question; Where I can download Megapack? I already tried one and it said at installation: "You don´t own the game". Maybe because I have illegally downloaded the game (Don't have credit card, gametap only place to buy" Sorry if this thread doesn't belong here :duck:

Hello friends,got some good topic with an small issue,I hope you guys try to help me to solve it! Ok lets talk about it: If you manage car mods on you tdu sometimes,you may have noticed that the wheels changes its sizes from each cars. For example,I have installed an RS200 (made by Takumi,thanks!:p) replacing the required car (the Noble M14 GTO). Ok. But Ive noticed that rims was a bit "oversized",comparing to the real RS200. (Please check pic 1) So,when I replaced other different car (the Pontiac GTO),was Ok,and wheels was in correct size. I used the TDUPE to set all performance and other small values exactly like in Noble M14 GTO (For perfectly fiting) Everything in the Pontiac GTO become like in the Noble,except for the wheel size. It keeps the same size,what means that these values cant be changed with TDUPE. The RS200 now is perfect (pic 2),but I want to know how to change the rims sizes between cars,for future projets. I went to TDUMT-Database editor,and opened the "rims" tab (the file of wheels) I noticed that every wheel in game has a fixed size, and width values. Checking the pic 3,you can see that values,but cant touch then trought. I was wondering about changing this value,sure it would solve the issue,but like I said,the software dont let me edit it. (Looks like the green text are editable,but the black,no,I just cant undestand why.) The numbers of size and width are the ones I need to change. So,theres any way edit theses values? Please,any sugestions are very welcome. Note: I dont want to change rims size or tires size separated,like people do. I want to change the whole size of wheels! Thanks in advance.

I downloaded the original samples from an official fansite. There the sounds are declared as free to use for non commercial usage. The download of my mod here is removed because of owners rights.? ( not by turboduck, but by the fileuploadservice ) Ok, why are the sounds put on for download, and why is someone who is not the creator, allowed to do so in first place, if they are protected by owners rights. I don't get money from turboduck, nore do i sell it to people. So what ! Pm me, if you want the mod. I describe a little. So if you start the gps, Obi Wan is asking first, what has driven you out so far. (ok he is asking luke, but hey) Luke responds by introducing r2d2, which then points your way with its tones. The curvesign is a long tone, and a part of this will be heard if the curve is then actually there. In between come light sword sounds, and original melodies. Are you arrived at your destination, Obi Wan recommends you, rest a little, because you've had a busy day, and you can be lucky that you're all in one piece. Everything in English at the moment.
