SENA Prism action camera

 

 

I really like the quality and FOV of the GoPro 4 but the SENA has a better helmet mount (clamps, no sticking anything to it which is a legal grey area), and it wirelessly connects to my headset for easier operation on the move and improved audio. It can also record intercom conversations with other riders. But I'm stuck with 138 FOV and 1080p30/720p60.

Final bits:

The V650S I was originally looking at was out of stock, another vendor had this on offer so it was only €5 more expensive. What the heck.

I decided against going 1440p/4K or 144Hz as I'm not really interested in it and the PC will struggle with it anyway. Decided to go with a PLS-panel monitor instead with (hopefully) purdy colours.

 

Now to see how many weeks it takes me/me and Dad to actually put this together. :p

I'm too much excited to wait for actual real life pics. :D Just ordered KW V2 coilovers for our car! :sohappy:They're a bit pricey, but KW have got sales (300€ off V1-V3 coilovers) for a few models so yeah, had to buy something!

I really want to upgrade the coilovers on my car. Can get an adjustable set for £500 but no insurance company will touch me if I modify the suspension. Same is the case with brakes, if I upgrade to the 4pot AP callipers from the single pot sliding callipers it currently has my insurance more than triples because I have made my car safer. :umm:

 

But they're fine if I increase the power output of the car whilst leaving the handling and braking standard. :fp:

So I bought an Apple Watch to see what all the hype is about. I cannot even remotely see what the hype is about. It's neat, but after a while, I'm asking myself, "what the hell am I going to use this for?" Only a handful of my iPhone apps even have Watch apps, and even then, they do nothing useful. Returning the thing.

There's always...you know, not letting them know about the upgrades. But You never herd that from me. Not like I did that with the Civic until the price came down. :whistle:

So basically, you make your car safer and they no longer want to insure you? WTF?? over here as long as mods are certed most insurance companies are fine with it, there are even two insurance companies that deal with modified cars as the majority of their customer base.
