Latest things from RightStuf.com that came the other day.

The Toradora! set is nice, come with an Artbook. I watched Okami-san too, nice series, glad I got it and finished it since I started it online a while ago. Soul Eater will be watched whenever, it long.

Also picked up a region free Blu-Ray player.

I got a pair of these today

Tannoy Mercury V4i loudspeakers. 100/200W.

And seeing as though I was buying some mighty speakers I decided to upgrade my 6 year old Sony AV receiver too. It's served me well and still performs as good as it did out of the box. I went to the Sony STR DN1050.

It's quite a chunky expensive beast and with all of the features it should last me another 6 or more years.

I've only got it set up with the 2 Tannoys for now in bi-amp mode. 4 wires going to each speaker rather than 2. 1 pair powers the bass cones whilst the other pair powers the tweeters. The sound is insane, both in terms of quality and how loud it is.

Not the latest, but one of them. "Traveller's Exclusive", tax-free shops ftw. :D
