Surfer's Island BETA V2 (New Island mod)

This mod replaces the northern secret island (known as unfinished island) with a new island. This new island is a drivers paradise with banked tarmac roads and dirt rallying tracks. Its a real blast to drive(especially with Surfin' USA on the radio) and i hope everyone will be as delighted as me and my friend. ๐
Problems:
Flying guardrails, couldn't change PMIs so they will have to remain here for now.
Road Texture, the roads only use R_C_00.2db. I know that the roads use multiple textures but didn't get round to it.
Installation:
Extract to your TDU1 directory (same location of Euro file) Let it overwrite Area -1-1 contents.
How to get there:
Bookmark coordinates: Documents\Test Drive Unlimited\savegame\YourUsername\bookmark\bookmark.txt
Copy this:

Smooth Roads Project

This mod changes the surface of some of the roads to a much smoother ride experience.
Problems:
Shadows: Car shadows doesn't work on these new roads. They flicker like crazy: I believe this is due to the fact that the road mesh isn't aligned with the R.shk. However if you drive in 1st person view your fine.
Also, if your a photographer there are ways to make the shadow look normal, you just need to hit pause at the right moment.
Installation:
Extract to your TDU1 directory (same location of Euro file) Let it overwrite Area -2-4 contents.

Foreword: If you see players mysteriously fly to a blank island during a cruise, chances are they have this mod.
WARNING:
DO NOT Use these new roads if you have a penalty meter: Car delivery missions will fail if you use these new roads! I know its tempting to use this as a shortcut, but stick to original tdu roads for now. Summery:
This mod replaces an empty island off the coast on the east side of Oahu. This mod adds a new racetrack(Not based in RL) Complete with rumble strips, starting-line, Pole position.
This map is a bit smaller than Surfer's island but much more detailed, and more convenient as you can drive there via two bridges.
Known Issues
Shadows, Yep... they still flicker like crazy, one day ill crack this problem
Landscape messed up: very occasionally the landscape messes up, spilling onto the road, Remapping (Going to map mode spawn somewhere else then spawning back again)fixes the problem
TDU road ruined: Unfortunately a tiny tiny part of TDU road had to be replaced to make the new bridge work. The area before was really nothing special, you wont miss anything.
Map Half missing: The map is a little bugged when you look at from map view, but its fine.
Installation:
Warning: this will replace your world-map(The map in Map-mode), If you don't want to replace the world map remove Hawaii.bnk from the .RAR
Extract files over Test Drive Unlimited directory files.
It should replace
8-5.bnk,
8-5-1-2.bnk,
8-5-1-3.bnk
8-5-2-2.bnk,
8-5-3-1.bnk

in this mod you can get all the races of tdu or tduplatinum by opening the map .i also added some usefull changes [optional] f.e. all the bots of platinum drive A or B class cars all the events are races vs A class cars and i include a modded fxini that makes the editor [in game] to be full race editor so you can make the settings you like for the races

I hated it all these years that no one else made traffic cars. Anyway...now I have done it ๐

My Traffic Pack is 100% compatible with my Cars from the Traffic Car Collection and TDU Platinum
Please replace the Traffic Cars only with the cars as they are intended.
Example: Replace SUV3 only with SUV3!
If you do not do this, it can come to optical errors.
Attention: This Mods Requires the -bigbnks option from Project Paradise online Patch!!!

A: I replaced all the cars wich you can see in Stock TDU or TDU Platinum
I replaced the cars with a nearly similar size (optical size) like the stock traffic.
Q: Is it compatible with TDU Platinum?
Yes my Traffic Pack will always be compatible with the latest version of TDU Platinum
Q: There are some hidden Traffic Cars you have not replaced. Do you plan it?
A: No! Because you need a different AIConfig.xml to unlock new traffic but this causes sync problems
in multiplayer if some other guys use the stock AIConfig.xml
Q: Have your traffic cars new paint?
A: Nohh ๐ .... but i'm working on it. Some weeks ago i was testing it and it works but not proberly.
If anyone knows more about it... tell me ๐ ......or.. do it by yourself, because i hate coding ๐
Q: I found a car with a weird Bug can you solve it?
A: I need a picture or a description of the Bug than i can decide it to fix.
Q: Sometime bigger Cars pop up after they come closer
A: Thats a Problem of the game and the collision file i can't solve it because
i can't edit the collision file.
Q: Some Cars has clipping bugs. I can drive through sometimes at beginning and end of a car
A: Same Answer like the popping Up Vehicles, its a problem of the collision file.
Q: Can you activate light textures for Visibility in nights?
A: No because game has no properly working nights and all the necessary Textures are busy.
Q: Can you remove the Lightflares?
A: Yes but i'm won't. I let it in because it's better for the Traffic visibilty at the distance.
If you want to remove them you can use my light_fx.2db texture to remove it.
But Attention this remove the complete lightflares on every Car in the Game!!
Q: I have a problem my cars are looking like a Monstertruck when i crash into it.
A: Dont switch the traffic vehicles among themselves it causes optical problems wich i cant solve
Maybe if there come more cars later, replace it only with traffic wich is scheduled!!
Q: Can i share your Traffic Pack on other sides?
A: Yes but use my Credits please. ๐

TDUF - Most advanced modding tools for TDU so far!

TDUF package is a set of tools and libraries, which is able to:
Check Bnk1.map contents and update it with new files in Euro/Bnk folder. Extract the whole TDU Database to JSON files (a human-readable format, ready to be processed by many tools and languages, including Javascript). Rewrite the whole TDU Database from modified JSON files Check and repair Database for integrity errors Help to understand file formats and read/write data from/to them Provide a Database Editor user interface, which wide range of features (not limited to TDUMT/TDUPE ones) and more to come! See zipped-in README.html file for details.
Requirements and notes:
From 2.0.0 version, you will have to get TDUF package which will suit your needs : if only using command line tools, head to *core* edition if only using DatabaseEditor, head to *databaseEditor* edition if you don't care and wanna get all features, head to *full* (=without mention in file name) one. Dillingham Airfield Resurfaced (OBSOLETE) mod now merged with New Roads Project: Waialua backroads

About:
This mod allows you to drive on Dillingham airfield.
This mod adds a collision surface to the far north-west airport of Ohau as well as sharper cleaner Hmap textures. The runway also has some markers for 1/4 mile and 1/2 drag racing. The airfield is enterable using the slip road already present in the original game, the barrier has been removed.
Installation:
Extract the Rar into your tdu directory.

Vintage Platinum - A sub-mod for TDU Platinum

This is a personal project I've been working on throughout this year, and although it's not complete yet, it's in a good enough shape that I feel safe enough to share this with other people. Consider this mod to be an open beta - provide feedback if you run into bugs or balance issues, and make backups!
Vintage Platinum is a submod for the 1.21 version of TDU Platinum that rebalances the game to be set around 1986-1987, featuring only classic cars from the era - normally only available in Class G in regular Platinum (as well as a few non-G cars that were in production by '86), now redistributed to various other classes so as to make racing progression feasible in regular gameplay. I created this because I'm personally a big fan of older cars and, after playing games like Driver: Parallel Lines and Motor City Online, had developed an interest on the concept of a racing game set squarely around the 1970s-1980s, centered exclusively around the sports and performance cars of the late 20th century prior to the 1990s. Obviously, creating a racing game from the ground-up is an unrealistic task for a sole person to manage, so I decided to make a submod for Platinum that does it, as it already has a rich enough selection of era-appropriate classic cars to choose from:

This mod comes with Patch 1975 bundled as a download, so you are able to replace the 1990s-2000s traffic with something more period-appropriate. Patch 1975 was NOT made by me - it is an old mod made by the OAHUCARS team that got nearly lost when their website went down, and all credit goes to them!
- INSTALLATION -
You need to also download the Music mod.
Drop the "Bnk" and "Radio" folders in your TDU installation folder. As stated before, make backups, or you will have to reinstall Platinum again when you want to go back to the present day.
Do not put the Documentation folder in your game directory, it only contains details about the inner workings of this mod and the ramblings of a madwoman with a special interest in classic cars.
Patch 1975 has its own instructions. You may need Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 for the installer to work. If you're playing on the Steam Deck or Linux, just install "dotnet20" through Winetricks on Wine or Dependencies on Bottles. Again, make backups!
- KNOWN ISSUES -
As stated earlier, the mod is not feature-complete yet as I haven't had the time or energy to complete it, but right now that largely applies to the Vehicle Transport missions as I haven't fully replaced every car with them (it's an extremely time-consuming task), as well as the possibility of a few races not being properly re-balanced (which I would like feedback on, so I can properly fix it). Additionally, various vehicle dealerships still show modern cars parked in front of them. All of these are (relatively) minor flaws that I plan to fix eventually, but as mentioned, they are extremely time-consuming to do.
Besides that, however, there are multiple drawbacks with this mod that you should keep in mind, and currently they are completely unfixable as there's nothing I can do about them - the most important one is that you cannot achieve 100% progression, because several Courier, Hitchhiker and Top Model missions still require you to use modern cars and haven't been rebalanced to accomodate for the slower cars; as far as I'm (and other experienced TDU modders are) aware, there is currently no known way to edit those missions, which means there's nothing I can do to fix it. Additionally, of the Vehicle Transport missions I did edit to feature older cars, a surprising amount of them are bugged and have a completely chromed paintjob for some reason, which I can't figure out how to fix yet.
Please keep those factors in mind when playing with this mod.

Find "Euro" should be the folder after "mod-data"
Replace Euro in your tdu1's directory. Let it overwrite sector files.
Andraste route(if you have the mod manager installed)

Bookmark coordinates: Documents\Test Drive Unlimited\savegame\YourUsername\bookmark\bookmark.txt

- What is this add-on:
Add-on (continued) based on TDU_Platinum as an independent project.
The game is developed specifically for the "Hardcore mode" ("Veteran mode"). All characteristics are configured exclusively for this mode for realism.
A new format of car physics, as close to reality as possible (excluding grip) - from power and torque curves to maximum speed, acceleration and handling.
This add-on has its own unique weather, some sounds and textures of its own design. The game supports resolutions up to 4K and 60 frames per second, as well as the ability to expand to multiple screens (via video card settings).
- What is different about this add-on:
Car physics of our own design. Thanks to more than 5 years of development experience in this area, the cars have maximum realism in acceleration dynamics based on absolutely reliable data (actual, not declared by manufacturers!) modeling on a stand using special software. Braking distance and controllability are also as close as possible to real parameters. All measurement errors are minimized.
Some traffic models have been replaced.
Grass textures have been created from scratch (thanks to Rt-Rt).
Some in-game background sounds and music have been replaced: sounds and music of our own design with superimposed acoustic effects.
Turbo sound has been replaced (thanks to ZMZ).
Police sound of our own design.
Unique weather of our own design was created from scratch, cyclical, fully dynamic (except for precipitation and streetlights).
Feedback fix for Logitech G27 steering wheels has been added.

Game update:
- With each torrent you can download the entire build (already unpacked) or update the existing one
version of this build. How to do it below:
- If you are downloading a build for the first time, then simply choose the download path that is convenient for you and
download the torrent completely
- If you already have this (or any other) build and you just want to update (i.e., thereby installing a patch)
on top of the build, IMPORTANT! indicate the path to the folder where the game folder is located! And not to the folder with
game! The name of the game folder and the name of the downloaded torrent must match!
Example: before downloading a torrent, you must specify a path other than "D:\Games\TDU Daydream",

The main criterion that you did everything correctly will be a long check and loading with ~80%

Brazilian Portuguese TDU1 Translation | Traduรงรฃo para Portuguรชs do Brasil

English: This is my first and (maybe) only mod for the TDU. This is a translation, (Menus, Subtitles, Achievements...), into my native language (Brazilian Portuguese). Changes the language from English (US) to Portuguese (BR). Works perfectly in the Platinum and standard version of the game. (Other versions: I haven't tested it yet, but I believe it should work without problems). Installation is very simple, just copy and replace the files to: Test Drive Unlimited \ Euro \ Bnk \ DataBase Remember to do a Back Up before changing the files. (In case you didn't do the Back Up, I made the standard DataBase of the Platinum version available with the files). I hope you enjoy and enjoy this mod a lot, and that it helps in immersion!
