Just thought i would say progress with the lp570-4 is coming along nicely. :) Been updating the texture for the interior buttons as they were to crap to make out. Also i have attached a old wip pic of the side logo. The only problem is the file size of the dds at 8192*8192 is 87mb. :D @franks yes they will be separated and will update the F12 as well.

It's a weird occurrence and strangely it's an annual thing but doesn't last long... usually. As for jorge's sound mod for the Aventador it sounds absolutely mint to me! :nuts: I don't know what is going on with you guys lately but please put a sock in it, it's not helpful to anyone in fact it's completely detrimental to yourselves, the community and us. Criticism is fine but making snide remarks or drive-by posting by putting something down and saying hardly anything about it is in no way a good thing to do. This is a project that is designed to improve this game so much and is adored by so many, why people are trying to bring it's contributors down is beyond me. So sort it out!

Maybe it can use some more grunt in the lower sections. But considering these soundfiles are made from Youtube videos, that do not have the best recording quality available, it is a top job. At least it sounds like an Aventador, lol. Remember most default car sounds don't even slightly resemble the real sounds of those cars. I know a thing or two about sounds as i once made a Lotus sound for GPL, back in the medieval days of racing games, when people were still smoking and girls still wore clothes. To get a clean loop without hickups or ticking sounds is really difficult. Also to get the right transition between low rev and high rev samples takes some effort. I think Jorge does an excellent job, a lot better than some sound "engineers" from development studios. And as long as sound modders do not have access to real samples of factory recordings, i think it is pointless to complain about it. Everybody has their own preferences about how a car should sound, but i think Jorge does a pretty good job in making it sound as realistic as possible, with the given resources. Just enjoy the cool additions that are given to the community by the TDU2-UP Team. PS Jorge, i can make this text longer, but than you have to double the usual fee :D

well actually i stopped working on the CDI and C63 sound mod and i was not about to make changes again.. by adding bass, do you mean to use other samples, or just add some more bass and deeper sound to it? i cant promise anything if i'm going to update it or not, sorry for that mate.. maybe i'll give it a try one day since TDU1 is surely dead, there is no motivation into making changes for me personally :/

You're not doing anything wrong, you simply can't forward the same port to two different computers in your network, just the same as you can't write two destination addresses on the front of an envelope you mail. The game server only sees your public IP Address (http://whatismyipaddress.com/) and then your router "forwards" the data to the local IP address (192.168.x.x or 10.1.x.x) you specify in Port Forwarding. There are only ~4 billion public IP Addresses available in the world (0.0.0.1 to 255.255.255.254 to put it basically, not technically correct) and they've pretty much run out. That's why all your PCs, consoles, mobile devices that connect to your router share the same public IP Address, and your router translates it (NAT). If you want to know more, research NAT and IPv6.
